I have also has packages and a bike stolen from this building. The property manager does not care and does not return phone calls. I also have leaky windows that let rain in when storms blow in. Looking to move out soon.

Marketed as a non-smoking apartment, but tons of residents smoke inside their apartment. Hallways smell like smoking hotels. If you have a maintenance request it will take months to be completed or will never be completed, unless it's an emergency- then it will take several weeks.

Horrible apartment complex. Horrible company. We have had work orders open since the day we moved in over 6 months ago. These things were supposed to be fixed BEFORE we moved in. They allow people to smoke cigarettes, drugs, and weed despite claiming that it is a non-smoking building. All they care about is their money.

Update….. If you’re interested in having your packages and belonging stolen this is the place for you! I have been complaining to the property for months now about the stolen package issue & it has yet to be addressed. So much for having security cameras if you don’t check the footage when notified! I’ve lived here a year and a half and had more packages stolen then I’ve received. And most recently my chained bike was stolen from within the building. Do yourself a favor & don’t move here!!! I can’t wait to leave!!! Moved in under the impression this was a non-smoking building since that’s how it’s advertised & what my lease states. It definitely is NOT a non-smoking building & is a constant issue with people smoking directly by the front entrance to the building & in their apartments. Unfortunately my windows are located directly above the entrance & my apartment constantly reeks of cigarette smoke even with the windows closed. The hallways smell of smoke, the common area's & the entrance. There is never a break from this disgusting smell in a "non-smoking" building. Most of the time the neighbors are polite when I ask them to move from the front because the smoke goes into my apartment but not always. I have asked the property several times since moving in in January to address the issue but it has yet to be done.
