Amazing Customer service!! I was extremely frustrated because finding an apartment in DC IS STRESSFUl! I went to this property and spoke with a man by the name William I believe and his service made my day so much better. He gave me all the helpful information I needed about the property and helped me feel much better about my search. He also gave me a package with pricing & floor plans even though they didn’t have any units available at the moment I still appreciated all the information he gave me. I will be back when something is available !

The Lockwood is a wonderful place to live. From the maintenance staff, concierges, management to housekeeping. The Lockwood provides a great, safe and resident-friendly place to live. ,Since his onboarding, William- the executive concierge is another added bonus to the Lockwood. He professionalism and attentiveness to the residents are exemplary.

The Lockwood is a wonderful community! The residents here are generally friendly respectful neighbors. Whenever issues do arise, management handles them in a timely manner and is clear and transparent in their communication. It's a great place to call home for a while.

The Lockwood has great amenities, beautiful well-maintained common room spaces, and friendly neighbors. The staff are always friendly and responsive to any needs/questions. They care about the resident's well-being and do everything they can to help (can speak personally about Bridgette, Michael and Tony - the best!)

We moved to the Lockwood from the west coast with two young children. I was apprehensive about moving from our house to an apartment, but my experience so far has been positive. The complex is beautiful and calming. Our apartment is close to schools, grocery stores, activities, and the metro. The staff is very responsive and kind. If I had a complaint it would be that the inside of my apartment is not decorated as fabulously as the shared spaces :).
