        I have been in so many Starbucks but the customer care service here at First & M is definitely the best I have ever got (and I have been a regular client for years!) Workie, Brianna, Yonce, Dorcas, Deja, Jessica, Jasel, Talia, and the others are always gentle, happy to share a smile and a funny comment. Courtesy is in the house here for everyone! Kudos to the team and Workie in particular!

        I recently started a new position across the street from this Starbucks location so I guess Ill be visiting pretty often. I was warmly greeted by every single employee. Coffee was hot and fresh. Received it quickly. Music is on point. Bathroom is clean. I have no complaints.
