ShipShape IT is, by far, the best IT support team I have worked with. They are quick to respond to issues when they arise and equally quick to resolve them. They are friendly and professional - and they realize when we have a tech issue, we aren't productive so work to get us back to work as quickly as possible.

Awesome service! My company was in deep trouble when our domain controller went out. Matthew at Shipshape was contacted by our cloud service support Dito to help with the issue. He was able to get us back up and running in a very short time avoiding disaster. I want to personally thank Matthew Greaves @ Shipshape IT and my friends at Dito Raymond and Kevin (whose eyes are like sparkly diamonds in the dark server room background outshining all the other LEDs) lol, for all the hard work and the excellent response time on this issue.
