Jet Glass installed three shower doors in our home. Two of them were done poorly: one had a seal issue and the other was not level, so the door does not close. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jet Glass to resolve the issues, they have not returned our communications and we now have to pay a different contractor to completely re-do the non-level shower door. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship and the very poor communication.

My experience with Jet Glass and mirror was a customer service dream. The gentleman I dealt with went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. They were both friendly and generous. I will definitely be calling on this company for future projects. Thank you so much.
