        By far the worst experience Ive ever had customer service wise or any kind of service wise. Something needs to be done about this place because it is not being managed properly. I doubt my data is even secure after sharing all my tax information I havent received one update from my preparer, one bill, nothing. Called, emailed, even came to the place in person and no progress. Complete waste of time. Jacqueline needs to find a new job
