Because the trip I wanted to take is on such short notice Im unable to use their services, but the Customer service was A1!! It was late when I sent my question and info, the service was just good from what I can tell.. I will make sure to contact them in the future

World Travel Service is a great company. I have worked with Terry Tyler for years and he has always provided outstanding service. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, patient, ....and the list goes on. I am so glad to work with Terry and a company that has our best interests at heart.

I have been fortunate to work with Pat Ciazza at World Travel Service over many years now. She is always patient, thorough, and goes above and beyond in every way imaginable navigating changes, difficult routing, and budgetary constraints--always with a smile. I would never go anywhere else as travel which can often be a very stressful experience is actually a super pleasant one thanks to Pat and WTS. I have recommended numerous friends and other companies to use WTS and they have all found it equally amazing.

This travel agency is the best! They work around your needs to accommodate your customers accordingly with excellent customer service. Terry Tyler is the best! I have been working with him for many years and I can only speak nothing but positive things about him.

Bryan Ashwood at World Travel Service is always willing to help and has always been on top of any concerns or changes that needed to happen last minute. I've never had to worry about any accommodations EVER!! Thank you Bryan and team. Y'all are AMAZING!!!
