I had a frustrating experience with this service. Initially, they seemed attentive, but I felt like I was the one who had to keep asking things to get a better understanding of my situation, and when I did, the answers often felt incomplete. I don't feel the service was worth the price. I needed help correcting adjustments to previous tax returns because of a fraudulent tax preparer. I went to them because I was afraid of my current situation and felt I needed legal guidance, but I feel I could have received the same level of assistance at a standard tax office for much less. In the end, I was also charged extra interest by the IRS because they failed to clearly communicate important information. Overall, the level of care and attention I received declined sharply after I paid them, which was disappointing. They completed the work required but didn't go the extra mile to ensure I felt taken care of. But, again, what was needed to be done was done. UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: I'd like to add that the business was very responsive, yes, and I did push a bit and request they respond earlier which they did within a week. However, I don't know what it meant by me being a difficult client, being that all I did was ask questions, in a kind manner, mind you. Niceties, happy New years, lots of thank yous... I'm a bit taken back by that claim. And also the insinuation that I didn't respond to their email. I shared from day one I literally was lost and had no clue what to do...which comes with questions. Maybe I asked too many? Again I'm not sure what's the standard. I thought the 1K allowed that. I was sharing my experience... Anywho, I reiterate they did get the job done.

I had a different tax filing need and they handled it quickly and efficiently. They charged a very fair fee and I would highly recommend them!

Professional, resourceful and extremely well organized. Made the process a million times less stressful. Always answers questions quickly. I'm very impressed and satisfied with the entire group.

Matt Sheridan was excellent. He was very patient with my odd work schedule and very efficient. My tax problem was complicated. Matt and the staff resolved the problem with flying colors. The relief I am feeling is immeasurable.!
