        Fire alarms go off more times than can count. The responses received from management about it is also an absolute lie .

        the fire alarms went off tonight and it was really annoying i was just about to go to sleep made me want to drive my car and never come back

        Place would be nice if the fire alarms didnt go off every week. Its really unbelievable. Not fair to the pets in the apartments or people that work from home. Fire alarms went off all summer and still continuing even after they were just tested for a week straight. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone after this. And when its addressed with the office they say the alarms are working fine. So why is there a false alarm every week? Not to mention the doors are constantly broken and the garage gate is constantly broken too. This place is not luxury living and should be avoided if youre looking for a quiet safe place to live

      We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarms and maintenance issues at Santorini at Renaissance Commons. The alarms went off once on the garage due to an error in the system. The information that we have gathered from office staff is that it was a rainy day and the alarms got wet and sent an error. Prior to that, we were in the process of a fire alarm inspection the alarms. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
