        The quality of products and customer service is TOP NOTCH! I ordered some polos and hats and am over the moon on how they came out! I ordered from another smaller company a year ago and the logo is already coming off but I know that with this embroidered logo, these are going to last! I can't wait to order more from Manatee Apparel: pens, notepads, more shirts and definitely more hats! Thank you so much!

        Ive been asking for a refund for a month now and am answered by we will call you back but they never call back. There receipt states they have a money back guarantee but they will not honor it. I will be contacting my card company to do a charge back.

      Hello Jason, your money has been refunded. We show that you placed your order on August 17th, 3 weeks ago today. I'm not sure why you would have been calling us for month as your review states? We stand behind what we do, including our guarantee. I show you called last week and it just took us a bit to undo it, because your order had already been processed and completed, which we explained. It seems to me if you are going to be a local guide and leave reviews like you do that you need to be accurate in the information your providing. We had a small problem here, but in my opinion not what you described. Regards........Dennis
