I needed flowers that day , called and she was helpful and understanding . Delivery was Late but got there , there was a prob with my credit card but she delivered anyway .

placed an order a week ahead and got an email the day of delivery saying "We are sorry to inform you that your floral order for: ... has been cancelled due to the unavailability of your specified florist, . Your credit card has not been processed. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you, Teleflora Web Hosting" what is going on?????? this isn't the stone age is it?

Horrible don't use this place take my word I got ripped off I love out of state , I sent flowers to my friend and she never received them after I got a confirmation email that they would be delivered the next day !!!!!

My boyfriend is currently out of the country & wanted to send me a little something special for Valentines Day. He placed any order with these people for a bouquet & teddy card with card. Theyre delivered the bouquet at 6:45 PM which is so sad since the day is practically over by then, and without the teddy bear with card. I called for the past two days for either a refund or the teddy bear to be delivered & neither happened. The woman the first time seemed angry at me for the mistake & abruptly hung up on me, the next day because I sent a message asking for a refund she called with a more sweet tone saying theyre very busy which is simply not true. These reviews are so accurate its quite disturbing how this so called company is still open. This woman lied to me twice & has a I dont care attitude written all over here. I wish I could have my boyfriend back charge this company as they dont deserve the business they get. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I never ever wrote reviews, but I had to for this one. Absolute worst experience ever ordering flowers! The woman on the phone is extremely rude. I was hung up on multiple times when I asked to get a tracking number or confirmation of delivery. She said theyre too busy. Every time I asked for an estimated delivery time she would say I think theyre close now. After a while she stopped answering my calls and my flowers werent delivered until almost 9 pm. I almost canceled with my bank and ordered elsewhere but they ended up being delivered very late. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS.
