BEWARE: I hired this company to flush my hot water heater. The technician accidentally leaked acid on my tile flooring which stained and damaged it. When I contacted the company to discuss the issue, they sent out service manager Fred who was argumentative and informed me that the company would not agree to repair the damage. At the company's request, I then provided them with estimates from 3 licensed and reputable tile flooring companies. More than a month has passed and the company refuses to repair the damage and restore my property to its pre-loss condition.

Vincent was on time and did a fantastic job for us. He also cleaned up the area after he was done. Tried not to make a mess by limiting the amount of damage to wall because he had to get to pipes. Great personality as well. Would recommend him.
