Bigfoot Moving Services

Bedbugs. We picked up bedbugs from the movers here. When addressed with them they were rude threatening and unprofessional. I found the first bedbug on a mattress the day of the move and threw out the mattress. The only place our kids mattresses were between the move has had no issues. The only common theme here is the mover. Mick the owner was rude and unprofessional when dealing with this matter and threatening to sue if I posted anything online. Guess I’ll see him in court. Find any other mover in the area and save yourself the headache.

Used them last week to move a large piece locally. They were running late, but maintained good communication. Four guys came to pack and load. They did a great job with wrapping and protecting the piece for transport. Two of the four brought it to the new location, unloaded, unwrapped and set it up where I asked them to. I felt they were very efficient and professional with accomplishing all of this. Definitely pleased with my experience! Thanks to Carlos, Mason, Ryan and Brandon!!

Broke several items, including my great grandmother's table; delivered but didn't plug in refrigerator or freezer even though I had pointed out the electric outlets; left items at house we were moving from; didn't write what items were in which boxes. And we paid over $4,000.00! I called the owner and complained so he sent 2 guys over (at no charge) to better organize the boxes in the garage. The other crew was leaving our personal items outside the garage because they said there was no room in the garage. The two guys that came back filled in the "hole" the crew had left with nothing in it so everything did fit. We used this company because they were recommended. I recommend using someone else.

I started moving with Bigfoot Moving Services about 2 years ago for a multi-state long distance move, and utilized them a second time this summer to move out of the home I shared with my ex into a storage unit, and then a few weeks later from the storage unit to my new home, and there's no way I will be going back to any other moving company. They are incredible. First, the customer service is just excellent. They do everything they can to make sure that you are happy and getting the service you need and expect, within the time frame you need as well. Communication was beyond what I expected. Second, I have now used them three times, and their movers work very hard to make sure that everything goes smoothly and that everything in their care is protected. They are efficient, professional and careful, even when working under stressful conditions. I never worried about my belongings for a minute. If you're moving a short or a long distance, you really need to call Bigfoot Moving Services and tell them Lexi sent you. They are by far the best movers I have ever used.
