The Flower Corner

I chose to use this small business for a floral arrangement to be delivered on my friends birthday. The flowers were delivered an entire WEEK early and it took 4 days for me to even be offered a solution. But, the only solution they were offering would be to go take the flowers back and redeliver them on the correct date or take them back and give me a refund. I was told on the phone that the person did not even look at the date and it was completely their fault, but they were not willing to own up to their mistake and eat the cost. This is why corporations and big businesses are taking over.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this shop at all! Awful customer service and can't even deliver what they promise. The bouquet the sent looked nothing like the picture, the flowers were wilted, and didn't even have the flowers that were asked for. When contacted about the issue and requested for a replacement no refund was received and they took the flowers and balloons back! What a joke of a shop.

Who the hell un-delivers flowers? The flower corner does. A bouquet and balloons were ordered for a friend. When they arrived they looked nothing like the bouquet that was ordered. When called to rectify the situation, after promise of a refund they returned the next day to take the flowers and balloons back?? I'm sorry, i don't know if this is the owners first time running a business, or if they just want to fail, but you don't make a mistake and then punish the customer for it. But if the frankly sparse flowers they added to the arrangement are really such a loss for them that they have to reposes them then maybe they shouldn't be in business.

Flowers received looked nothing like flowers purchased - bouquet was noticeably smaller and had different flowers than pictured. Was told replacement flowers would be sent however that was NOT the case. Instead they TOOK BACK the original bouquet and balloons that were PAID FOR. No replacements received. Got the run around from customer service. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and order flowers elsewhere.
