This review is for the company in general. Beware, this is a company that has unethical practices. They sell your financial information to third parties. Fraudsters must love this company. Stay away!

I recently refinanced my condo and CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC was recommended to me. I would highly recommend this company, in general and one of their loan officers, Adam Shlomi, in particular. Adam and I had an immediate connection and he was extremely easy to work with. I don't think I have ever worked with someone, either personally or before I retired who was more responsive. No matter my question (and I had quite a few), Adam was back to me within minutes, even if he had to research a question or get an answer from a third party. I would recommend this company, and Adam without reservation. Thank you.

I learned that when going through the mortgage process you need someone with vast experience, in-depth knowledge, industry connections and creative problem-solving skillsMike Zachman and Craig Stelzer and his team is all that and more. my realtor recommended Cross country mortgage he said they where miracle workers.I knew the mortgage process wouldnt be easy for us due to some financial issues, but we had no idea how just how many issues would arise. We were so grateful to have Mike Zachman and Craig Stelzer and his team to guide us through that process and helping us find alternatives and solutions through every roadblock. We thought we wouldnt be able to close, but he kept telling us he would make this happen - and he did!

Excellent experience with Cross Country mortgage. Joey and team made every step a smooth process during our refinance. We tried other mortgage companies and they were no where as efficient as Cross Country. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional as well. Thank you!! Joey for all your help.
