I lived here currently moving out due to them not fixing the ac for two weeks and still going the dryer vent leaks into the unit windows are sealed shut with screws and caulk you can not ever get ahold of the front office wont show up for maintenance request trash and toys everywhere would not recommend moving here.

Its cheap but stay indoors after sundown. It's on you to have enough street smarts if you want to live here.

I have a welcome letter from Bell partner management INC but I did not hear from anyone at the property after that. I went there and the customer lady told me the new management ROSELYFE doesnt know anything about my lease contract. Today one week before the move they do not respond to my calls and emails. Please be responsible and responsive to all the people that have issues with this property management.

Easy to get into parking lot and outside home seem nice small apartment decent
