His hard work has not gone unnoticed, and I want to commend him for the exceptional job he is doing in preserving the beauty of our community. Steve's meticulous attention to detail and unwavering pursuit of excellence play a significant role in improving the quality of life for all residents. His dedication is evident in the well-kept walkways and his consistent efforts to ensure a litter-free environment, showcasing his genuine passion for his work. I have personally witnessed Steve diligently patrolling the grounds, diligently picking up discarded items like cigarettes, bottles, and other trash, illustrating his strong dedication to upholding a clean and welcoming community for everyone. Solid apartments in Sunny Florida! I appreciate that Matt and the maintenance team Respond quickly whenever issues pop up! years later Im still loving it!

I have been living in Citigate for almost 2 years, my experience has been 8/10 there are things that should be improved such as the trash valet, cleaning and gate access (working at the date of this review) but in general everything has been good. Thanks to their maintenance team which must be rated separately with a 10/10. Matt, Rob and especially Edwin have been super friendly and have helped every time I have needed it. I would like to list and say more things but I think those are the most important to mention.
