I must say this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with!!! How can this bank call someone a member? When you are treated so poorly! Its been one year since I have had to deal with this bank and I have never had a great experience! Everytime I get off the phone with this bank its like Im going to have a nervous breakdown!! I simply only call to make my payment and of course the rep was rude and told me the rules are changed and now I have to pay a fee to make a payment! Directly to the bank! To make a long story short, I absolutely hate this bank and all they stand for! Theres nothing good about this business NOTHING!

I've been a loyal customer of Community First Credit Union for several years, had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Marshayla Johnson, who assisted me with my account, there was no waiting, Ms Johnson was very pleasant, answered all my questions and any concerns, I was pleased with the outcome.

I'm at a point where I will be starting over financially so there is a lot of apprehension, especially with other banks charging fees and requiring minimum deposits. Miriam Walker helped me open my account with ease, she made me feel comfortable with my decision. I look forward to my fresh start with Community First.
