        After waiting 35minutes to get 3donuts to find out when I got home they were not the donuts I ordered will never go back

        I've been waiting for this Dunkin' to open. I read the not so good reviews and hoped my 1st visit would be as awesome as as they are in other locations. I used my mobile app to order, pulled in and parked and went to the outside window to pick it up. My order was fresh and ready, the young man at the window was efficient, professional and respectful, others in the kitchen were polite in passing. I got back in my car, took a sip of my favorite coffee and YASS!! This location got it just right!!! (I know that seems like a little thing.... but getting my only coffee drink perfect is a HUGE deal.... coffee lovers know!!) LOL! I'm pretty sure I had a good breakfast sandwich too..... but I was in a coffee haze by then. :)

        The first time I came here it was great the woman was really nice and recommended a drink for my daughter that wasn't coffee. The next time I came I forgot what the drink was, I ask hoping the woman taking my order would do the same. Instead she responded with sarcasm. And an attitude. I promise you a coffee place is not the place for that kind of rhetoric. Some of these companies wonder why they get bad reputations. It's not the food, it's the people they higher. And terrible training.

        They messed up my order and I was apologetic on their behalf but they still gave me attitude. They fixed it but as someone that is overly apologetic I was met with coldness.
