I mean it's pretty great but can't call a hotel like this five stars. The breakfast is somewhat decent and it is included.

Great location for our commute. Cons. The mobile key system was down, and there was no linen for the pull out bed. We had to call and request it and ask for the Honors 2 bottles of complimentary water. The water is lukewarm and doesn't get much hotter. Pros Because we did have to stop for a key. The desk clerk was friendly and gave me information on nearby restaurants and delivery options. Overall, the suite was comfortable enough room, and however not luxurious. Food & drinks: Breakfast available but limited

I had one of my employees saying at the hotel and he had a horrible experience. He had a new reservation for 4 more days, after sleeping there the first day, next day they said the reservation was canceled. I talked on the phone with them, but the front desk was not flexible, didn't listen, and kept saying the only way was paying again. She said that was no supervisor or manager available and that was nothing she could do, unless he paid for a new reservation. She could not inform if we will be reimbursed. It caused a huge stress for my employee who was working all day and suddenly don't have a place to stay. She even was resistant to let him go to the room and pack his things and leave. After we argued a lot , she let him in to pack with her supervising. Treating him as a what? A thief? I am definitely not sending any of my employees again to this hotel. And really hope to get the reimbursement, because it was an absurd what happen to him. He had the voucher of the reservation, we paid for it, and he got in the first day, how the next day it was canceled with no reason?
