Donnie, Spencer and the rest of the team are great to work with! We've used them on several rental properties to clean the air ducts and they're very professional, work well with our tenants, provide a great service and a great price. They communicate very well too. Highly recommend them (and I have to other real estate professionals) and will continue to use them for air duct cleaning and also mold remediation issues.

Nate Hill (Lead Tech) very knowledgeable. Ben N He painted our bathroom ceilings to add extra protection from mold. Chris (Remediation in Bathroom & in attic. Removed mold in bathroom & attic Dave Remediation in Bathroom & in attic. Removed mold in bathroom & attic They even cleaned up behind themselves. Left no mess. They treated our home as if it were their own. Afterward the environmentalist returned to collect samples from the bathroom, the attic, water & air samples from the areas remediated and there were no spores detected. Our home is free of mold and this company offers a warranty for their work.I highly recommend this company. If I ever have to call a company for mold it will definitely be the one. Nate Hill (Lead Tech) From our initial conversation he was professional, patient, very knowledgeable & respectful. He took his time explaining all that was needed to resolve the issues. Although Nate is the lead tech he worked in the bathroom & attic with his team to get the job done. The prices Nate quoted were more than fair. He did not change the prices after starting the job. Nate offered additional services like dry fogging but explained that getting that additional service was not required to resolve the issue. I chose to dry fog my entire house. The dry fog kills mold spores, bacteria and viruses. For me it was added peace of mind. Ive lived in my home over seven years. After getting the dry fogging it left my home smelling really clean and fresh! Everyone who has visited my home sense I got it dry fogged comments that it smells like a new home. Ben N.
