HORRIBLE!! Look elsewhere- Terrible experience!! And keep looking past the few good reviews to tenants who have lived here long enough to know the truth!! Alexandria was with the first management group and she was great but shes not there anymore ! They built the apartments quickly and cheaply and then sold them to a company called Westdale who dont seem to give a rip about their tenants, but only about money. Very underhanded and sneaky management. Also it has become little more than an upscale ghetto. I lived here for two years, and was the first to live in my apartment. I was exceptionally clean, quiet, never missed a rent payment, and was an all around model tenant, yet just a few of the things I went through while living here were being physically assaulted by a tenant (shows the type of people they allow, or the minimal regulations to get in), regular bugs and silverfish in my home which I was told by the pest control guy that the bugs were in the lumber they used to build the apartments, horribly rude and immature staff I was treated incredibly disrespectfully by the girls in the front office, who are very cliquish and who have lied to me, illegally and immorally shared my personal information with other tenants, among other things. The garbage situation is a nightmare and I cut my hand on the dumpster multiple times. I should have sued for that and still might as I have a scar from cutting my finger on that stupid dirty dumpster. The only decent things is the size of the apartments and the pool - but only when you can actually enjoy the pool without having to avoid ppl throwing balls over your head or 100 other people or nasty clumps of hair in the pool. Looks nice at first but looks can be deceiving. I promise you there are many, many better places for your money! Save yourself the headache and KEEP LOOKING! If you do move in here, keep track of EVERYTHING. They ripped me off by only giving me a portion of my deposit back, when I left the unit in impeccable condition, which even the maintenance team commented on when they did a walk through with me! They will try to short you or not return your deposit at all when you leave as they did me! They lie, cheat and steal!! Definitely have a lawyer if you decide to rent here because they seem to try to screw you every chance they can. Especially if the office staff doesnt like you for whatever reason. And beware; most of the good reviews are from friends of the office staff therefore incredibly biased and not truthful!! They even ask their friends to write good reviews, so do not trust what you read, because this place is extremely problematic!

Lived here for a few months and have greatly enjoyed it so far. I've lived in apartments most of my life and can honestly say these are some of the best ones I have ever experienced. Apartments are spacious, newer appliances, incredible master bathroom and closet, AC works very well, lots of storage, and clean grounds. My dog would also give it "2 paws up" as she enjoys the large apartments, the patio, and running around in the dog park. Fantastic place to live so far and hope to be here for a long time!

In the few months we've lived here, it's been a pleasant experience. The grounds are well kept and it is a quiet community. The apartments offer plenty of space and the staff is helpful.

We moved from a state in the midwest last year. I searched online for an apartment or condo that would meet our needs. This is the only complex I found that gave us 3 bdrms 2 bath plus an office. It was much more affordable than other complexes with less sq footage. The property managers in the office were very easy to work with, especially from another state. The amenities are very nice; a playground for the kids, a zero entry pool that doesn't get deeper than 4ft for the majority of it, a nice fitness area. If you have dogs there are a couple dog parks on the property and plenty of dog waste stations around. This is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are quite friendly. It does feel like a community. Publix is just across the main street. Lots of restaurants nearby and a Circle K just on the outside of the complex. Schools are less than 5 min away. Walmart, Dollar Tree, Five Below all within a 10 min drive. I recommend this community for any family really; singles, young families, young professionals, older residents looking to downsize, really anyone.
