Roberto from Fishhawk Towing was above and beyond generous and helpful. When he couldn't help us with our car the night of, he drove us to our home. The next day he met us immediately where our car was , umped our car(s) without question and got us safely to the place we needed to be. Thank you!!

My family and I had a spring break vehicle breakdown on I-75 near Tampa, an area were not at all familiar with, and with severe weather impacting the area. After limping to a gas station with an overheating engine, we felt entirely blessed to find Roberto and his towing service - Fishhawk Towing, who was the first recommendation from the local German Car repair shop. Roberto is by far the kindest, most professional, respectful, and service oriented tow truck owner/operator I have encountered in over 40 years of driving. He was careful to be sure we understood how long our wait time would be (less than an hour) during late afternoon rush hour traffic, he kept us informed as to his ETA to our location, took great care with my Mercedes SUV and its all wheel drive transmission, showed up in a separate vehicle with the very capable Fishhawk flatbed tow operator to ensure we were well taken care of, and then drove me and all my luggage to the repair shop, waited patiently for me there, and then drove me and all my stuff to a hotel an hour away so I wouldnt have to wait for an Uber in the severe weather. If the world were full of gentlemen like Roberto, it would be a better place. Fishhawk Towing has earned the highest possible rating from me and my family, who are now safe in a hotel, and from my vehicle, which is now a step closer to being repaired and roadworthy.
