I have been a customer of Massey's for many years; lawn maintenance, pest control and most recently irrigation. I have been very pleased with their service until recently when there was a bad situation with my irrigation. However, I must say that not only did Massey take responsibility and fixed the problem at no extra cost to me immediately, they also followed up the following week to make sure that the system was running properly and the new grass plugs were getting sufficient water. The technician, Javier, was professional, polite and friendly. He went above and beyond. I applaud Massey on a job well done and making disgruntled customer into a very satisfied customer again.

Service appeared to be professionally done, although I like to be informed of the application, PRIOR to the service. Follow up e-mail with exactly what was applied with instructions to water-in the product was sent later in the day. We will see what happens with the lawn. Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control
