        If I could give zero stars I 100% would I went here to get extensions in full understanding that it's a hair school , I was quoted $900 (which the owner kept telling me was cheap I called all the professional salons around me and was quote $1,000-1,200) for Bellami hair and the installation and I was all in. I have dark brown hair and it was discussed I would get dark brown hair, I do the first payment and go in for my appointment . First off the owner ordered the WRONG color of hair , she ordered jet black hair and was telling me I was wrong and that's the right color and I told her I asked for brown and she kept telling me no I didn't even though her assistant even remembered me saying brown.As well as she felt the need to tell me Im not paying as much as other places charge even though that doesnt matter what so ever Im still paying a lot she was so rude and nasty .Not only this I end up going to a professional salon to find out that they in fact DID NOT buy me bellami hair extensions but cheap extensions from Amazon that are ALREADY breaking(Ive had hair extensions in the past and this has never happened) , the professional stylist showed me what bellami hair looks like compared to the hair in my head and mine was cheap. So disappointing that I got SCAMMED by this school and was being gaslight that I was wrong and they were right by the OWNER . Had such a horrible experience and not only that she put black dye in my hair without telling me to try to have the extensions and my hair blend better without telling me .. HORRIBLE. They like to reply to these reviews and make it seem like we are in the wrong but they are this school is not good and I wouldnt recommend to anyone

We have been using the same head-tape method for over 16 years, and have always strived for the utmost satisfaction of our clients. In regards to the color, our records indicate that you were pleased with the shade, which was one level darker than your natural color. We even double-checked with you to ensure it met your approval before proceeding. The services you received February 6-2024, which included the installation of 2 packs of regular tape 21', removal of your previous set, a wash, and a hair styling, are typically valued around $2,000. However, you were only charged $900. We value your feedback and take such matters seriously. I regret to hear that you perceive our interactions as rude and untruthful. However, our records show multiple instances where you sought appointments with us, which would suggest a certain level of satisfaction with our services.Kindly note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects our staff or does not adhere to our professional conduct policies.
