Very good service in relation to the price. Very friendly attention from the staff, always willing to solve and provide useful advice. Breakfast is reasonable and rich.. good service in general. Correct room... we had a good time the 5 days we were there and there were 4 of us ..and everything was ok.

I loved the hotel being able to walk to universal outlets. There is 1 pharmacy right in front. Very attentive professionals. Everything is very clean. I stayed for 5 days and didn't order room service because I didn't need it. You can go and you won't regret it. Great price. I'll be back soon, God willing. Safety: Excellent Walkability: Very easy. Most of the time I walked. In addition to going to the Universal park on foot, there is a bus that takes people to the park free of charge.

The cleaning is poorly done, on the second day at the hotel my wife and I already had allergies all over our bodies, probably due to bedbugs. They also don't offer enough car spaces for the number of guests (room) and we had to stop almost in front of the fire hydrant. There is a lot of outside noise and be prepared for the smell of marijuana 100% of the time you are there. To top it off, not all rooms have a hairdryer and telephone available. The hairdryer is bad and we were lucky enough to get 2 that were broken. The rooms also have a loud dripping noise in the early hours of the morning.
