Good service but to much paperwork to fill out, and they have a difficult time about returning a customer's ID, and putting the deposit fee back on my card/. Also after filling out so much paperwork for checking in, the front desk agent didn't return my State ID Card, i can't understand why Knights Inn won't mail me my state ID card to my place of residence, since my address is printed on my State ID Card, I live in Cocoa FL about a hour away from Orlando. I can't understand why after the receptionist verified that my ID is still in the possession of the front desk,why Knights Inn will not mail it to my address? Rooms: Mostly clean Safety: Security cameras surrounding the primouses Walkability: Walkablity to a verity of fast food restaurants.

Where do I begin? Let me begin with the staff here. This is one the best staffs I've ever dealt with! Everyone of them, especially Sandra, which is the manager here, so if you check in here, check in on her shift, which it is from 7 am to 3 pm. She is awesome, very friendly, always smiling at everything! She works just a normal employee. She made a impact with me. Again thank you Sandra for your great professional service! Update: $465 a WEEK?? In 2024, I understand inflation, everything is going up but that price is WILD! Not even a 5,4,3 star motel!! That's all I will say on that motel!

They a just nasty!!! They have a sign outside that say 349 a week for newly renovated rooms first, them rooms are out a 1970s low budget scarry film, it's just gross, 2nd it's not 349 a week some it's 439 and it's not fit for even a dog

As i was checking out the hotel room attendant told me all that I needed to do was to leave my room card key there because no window clerk was attending the front desk,? I did so and I still have not received my room deposit back on my bank debit card yet. Noteworthy details: The room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave
