        I had the WORST experience dealing with Tran Nguyen. Her unprofessionalism is the worst Ive seen with any insurance agent. Throughout my whole 3 weeks of dealing with her and ME CONSTANTLY REACHING OUT TO HER, it feels like I am playing a chasing game to have her take a look at my files. In the end, I am FED UP with with the can I call you back but NEVER CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK. Please STAY AWAY from this insurance agent. Ive wasted 3 weeks of my time trying to play chasing game with her.
