I was suspicious at first because we don't have this kind of service in my country, but fortunately, everything went smoothly. Let me describe how it worked for me (Feb 2024): I didn't sign up or create an account, I just sent many packages to the address, with my name on them. When I arrived in Orlando, I sent an email scheduling a time to pick up the packages, but I couldn't make it on time, and the store was closed. So I needed to send another email asking for another schedule. Then I got there at the exact time and it was open. It took me 3 minutes to give them my ID, sign the papers, pay, and get the packages. Extremely polite staff.

Kerry was very responsive, accommodating and kind. We had some complications with the delivery and he was so patient with us. We were emailing him back and forth to figure out a solution. Pickup was a breeze. This is a great option for tourists who would like to pre purchase items for their trip.
