The Juicy Crab I Drive

A little spendy but this one is on the Orlando International Drive strip. Food was really good, service was great. Shrimp was fresh steamed, great flavors.

Location was perfect. Service by Mya great. Food was just right. I had dungenous crab and shrimp. Wife had snow crab and shrimp. Also had Cajun green beans. Cost was appropriate. All was excellent. Thank you.

The service was not spectacular. I do not recommend. My husband and myself and four kids went and ate. The business was not busy whatsoever. I had to get up from our table multiple times to go and find a waitress to get simple things such as condiments and drink refills. I was then charged an 18% gratuity tip of $40.00. Mind you, I do not mind paying for good service whatsoever but, when I have to run you down to get good service, thats not ok. I asked nicely for them to remove the added tip, and was told they would have to call the manager. After they spoke to the manager, two waitresses came back to the table to inform me that the tip could not be taken off because of how many people we had despite the value of the service we received. Again, I do not mind tipping whatsoever, but only for acceptable service. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!
