We had a mishap and was stranded in an unfamiliar area. They were the first company I called and in seconds I could tell, they were going to be great. We called 4 other places all more expensive and most had a hundred questions before being able to tell you if they could even help or what it was going to cost me. After providing information Good Hooks quoted me a 25 minute wait and sure enough 28 minutes later he was there. The driver was absolutely amazing, he called to confirm exactly where we were at. Most companies pull up and put the car on. He was sympathetic to the situation, he asked what the car was doing and what we already tried. I can say Good Hooks are the guys to call when you are in a jam. We felt very safe with them on the call.
