We had our water softener system installed by Bobby & David. We are very happy with the installation & their service was great. Awesome guys & fast workers.

David just left here after changing out our filter. He was fast and efficient and meticulous in everything he did. He professionally educated me some and showed a deep knowledge of the ins & outs of this equipment in the field. I was very impressed and pleased with his work. Now, in regard to those responsible for purchasing hardware and components for your systems. Unfortunately, someone has gravitated to the cheapest ancillary products, such as the white painted mounting brackets that are so poorly painted that the edges started rusting within months and there was a recall on a defective fitting that was promptly replaced several months ago. Some will say a company or product is only as strong as its weakest link, unfortunately, Galene has solid quality core components; however, an attempt to save a few additional dollars with cheap commodity components has a significant negative impact on overall perception (and profitability) of your company. Even so, we have been very pleased with Galene and speak positively whenever the subject comes up... Keep up the good work and thanks again David for your attention to detail that has helped us immensely.

My experience with Galene was awesome. I immediately seen a difference in my well water. The installer David was great and very helpful and the sales consultant Miles was also great .... Two of the best !!! ...
