Sabal Palms Assisted Living & Memory Care

We had a good experience at Sabal Palms. The team from Sandy to the nurses and other care givers were very accessible, honest and professional. They did their best to support our mom and with her transition from home.

RUN!!!! This place is despicable! Northstar Senior Livings Sabal Palms in Palm Coast Florida is a horrible facility they care about nothing but making money!!! The residents, especially in memory care are treated with little to no respect or proper care. They arent changed or cleaned properly. Medicines getting mixed up or not given at all. You ask questions and you are lied to constantly. Management is pathetic. Workers are untrained. The corporate office is worse! It is so sad to see the elderly mistreated. Some of the people that work there should be ashamed of themselves I dont know how they go to sleep at night. Horrible things happen there and are swept under the rug. There were only a very small handful of caring/capable people working there. My mother was neglected. I have nothing but sorrowful memories of my mothers last year and a half of life thanks to Sabal Palms. My mom died there. I pray for all of the people still there, and their families. May God watch over them. ***UPDATE***** 10-2023 Thank you for your advice but no one at Sabal palms is capable of conducting an investigation into anything!.... the concerns were substantiated with PICTURES and VIDEOS which are all quite disturbing. And as always denial and sweeping under the rug was and still is the practice at Sabal Palms. Unfortunately lives are at stake and families need to be warned to STAY AWAY!!

The heart i had for this place really broke me into pieces i will never understand why they treat the ones so bad who really care about the residents all the family members that knows me can you tell you i was absolutely great it was times they would tell me how they wish i can come back to memory care i have called corporate over and over again for months days and weeks still no answer i have reached out to text messages that i still have were some have left me on red which i think thats so unprofessional when reaching out my concerns they really dont care about the residents as long as they can bring in money for this place i will not shut up no longer and keep my mouth closed the memory care director who is not even a nurse would even state that she is there for a paycheck and to top it off the new Director of nursing is so unprofessional also she came and started drama unprofessional and on top of it so much favoritism I couldnt give them monday - Thursday but yet the MC director has her daughter working with her when I have been a sabal 3 years i would not understand stand this place the fight is not over on what i have to say its so much but ima let God handle it sabal will regret and I believe in Karma .
