        Extremely unhappy, paid 250 for a 1 night with a check in at 330 in the morning (so checkout would have been at 11 the same day) at check in I requested a late checkout and the desk clerk told me since Im a member I had until 2pm to check out. I placed the not ready yet placard on the handle of my room. The hotel was so noisy at night. It was difficult to sleep, the bed felt like laying on the floor.. then..after finally getting to sleep, I was awaken at 11 oclock by housekeeping banging on my door. When I answered they didnt understand or even speak English. Never again.

        Don't leave your things in your rooms because it seems the staff like to steal things that are not theirs. I went to the front desk and explained that they got the cleaner who worked that day. They spoke Spanish from start to end , and I didn't understand one thing at all. They lied to my face, saying they didn't take anything, but I was out of my room for the whole day, and only the staff had access to the rooms. I'm sure the bag $40 bag worth of stuff did not magically grow arms and a leg and walked out by itself. They did nothing in return for my stolen goods. To this day, I'm still pisssed . Do better
