What an amazing experience this has been from beginning to end! My husband and I were selling our individual properties and buying a principal home together. Danny from the Tokar team took his time and answered all of our questions and then spent time with us crunching numbers to see what the best option could be. This was all before we had chosen the home or closed on the sale of our individual properties! Then came the day we decided to move forward and the Tokar team was on it! The portal made it easy for us to upload all of our documents and to communicate with Cinndy and the team! Everyone was very kind and thorough! I love the thorough part especially when we were looking to buy a 900K home, it was a big deal! Its official, we closed on our home yesterday and we are so happy with the process and the people on our team during this time! Thank you Tokar Team!!!
