Wonderful first session with both the staff and with Dr. Yam. Very comfortable environment. The initial staff interview and paperwork was excellent in helping set the stage so the session with Dr. Yam was particularly productive. It was great to see Dr. Yam early with my issue rather than letting it linger and enabled us to both have a good open and honest discussion, as well as establish a logical course of action. Highly recommended.

Serenity Mental Health and the entire team turned my life around. I was at the lowest point Id ever been in my life, in crisis for weeks, and now I can honestly say that Im happy to be here. I enjoy my life again. Special thanks and shout out to: Dr. Yam, Jadriana, Victoria, Nate, Kevin and Casey. Not all of them have been my direct providers and yet every one of them have treated me with a level of care and kindness Ive never experienced at a mental health practice. I couldnt ask for a better team and office staff. I get excited to come in because the care is just that superb. Crystal helped me get a little better about my fear of needles because she is so gentle and skilled at what she does.

TMS treatment helped me become a much happier person and helped me see a more positive outlook on my life, even in my difficult times. The staff has been supportive, uplifting, consistent, attentive and kind. (Shout out to Jadriana, Kevin, Nate, Victoria, May and others!) My mental health has been a struggle for nearly 15 years and this treatment helped me feel more in control of my mental health while also helping me manage the uncontrollable circumstances. I learned to focus on gratitude and how to work through tough circumstances in healthier ways. Im certain I would not have been able to do before treatment. I will say that patience and commitment is necessary in order to feel the full effects. I was hesitant to begin treatment because of how time consuming it is and because the effects dont kick in right away. To me this treatment is similar to getting your body in shape. You have to work and dedicate the time. Its not going to magically fix you either. The process is changing your physical brain operations but in my opinion it also requires your willingness to try different (healthier) coping skills and change the way you approach situations and challenges. I am very grateful I took a chance on this treatment. I also understand that this treatment is not for everyone. For my symptoms, (major depression, nearly constant anxiety, social withdrawal, apathy, etc.) this treatment was definitely helpful in my recovery. I know I will always have to keep my mental health in check throughout my life because of my previous trauma and my profession. This was an important piece to my recovery. Thank you to all of the staffespecially Jadriana and Kevin, whose dedication and kindness uplifted me every session. ALSO THANK YOU FOR THE SNACKS ON GRADUATION DAY
