Underground Lighting

I waited 6 months before putting this review. So I ordered LED headlights, signal lights along with fog lights, the only issue I had was with one fog light that didnt properly connect from the very beginning but I decided to give it a shot and was very happy until the six month mark it then started flickering and just completely stopped working. I reached out to customer service who responded ASAP with ways that I could try a correct the issue, I followed those steps but had no luck. Customer service (Danny) had also mentioned that if I had no success with what he suggested that I could return and they will try an repair and if unable to they would replace, well I have to say thats exactly what they did, kudos to keeping your word on the 2 year warranty. The one thing that you guys can improve on is the return cost, should be freebut overall Im happy with the return.

I am very dissatisfied. After installation, they only worked for 2 months. I called customer service and they sent me new ones but... they give me a hard time... Right after installing a new set of bulbs, two of the four bulbs burned out again... I do not recommend this product!!! 2022 Ford f150

I had a slight issue, but the customer service was outstanding. They responded immediately and are giving me a remedy for my issue of hyper flashing. Danny in customer service, thanks for listening and not telling me to kick rocks!

Danny and this company are fantastic. I've some issues with the old style of bulbs he sold. Even though they were post warranty Danny still made it right in a manner that was acceptable to me. Great lights too. Make my f150 look great!
