John is an amazing massage therapist! I have been going to him for several years and he has helped me immensely with problems that I have experienced from arthritis issues. I came to John while 20 weeks pregnant looking for overall body relief (specifically back, neck, and sciatic pain). Getting pregnant has definitely taken a toll on my body, and I had a lot of tension and stress built up coming into this massage. John did an amazing job making me feel comfortable as well as listening to all of my concerns and problem areas. He was also very knowledgeable in prenatal massages, he knew the perfect amount of pressure to apply as well as what areas/pressure points to avoid. It was a very informative session for me as well as very relaxing! It has now been two days since my massage and I can confidently say my sleep has improved, I feel more limber, and a lot of my pent up tension is gone!! I would recommend John to everyone I know especially pregnant women!!
