        I wish I could put more stars to the food but I cant because they FORGOT my fries, 2 of the Uber drivers canceled the order, and the restaurant DOESNOT PICK UP THE PHONE AND ITS LITERALLY FRIDAY???????????????????

        My family did a drive thru tonight and when we got home, I had 2 bites when I realized it was raw. I checked the rest of the 7 and they were all raw as well! They were busy I know but serving raw 8 chicken tenders was just unacceptable. Good thing I did the first bite before my husband and kids but still unacceptable!!

        We ordered 2 sprites and 1 cola the Manger tried to give us 3 colas instead because the sprites wasn't working and that wouldn't have been a problem if the cola didn't look bad. The one cola that we have tasted disgusting. The Manger also seemed to have an attitude.

        Went there Saturday night soon as I get to the window they tell me to pull over and wait for the food. Waited 15 min for 1 single burger and fries. Granted the fries were hot but they sandwich was cold. Doesnt make any sense horrible service

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
