        We had a few issues when we moved in but the office was easy to work with in resolving the problems. The units/apartment grounds are beautiful and the amenities are top notch. You do hear your neighbors from time to time and I will warn you that the fire alarm system leaves a bit to be desired as it's prone to false alarms, but, overall, this is a great place to live run by an extremely responsive and friendly management team.

I am disappointed that you are having issues with pests, but rest assured with having pest control out once a week we should definitely be able to get this resolved. I see that you have only lived here for a little over a month, so I do know that there was an issue with the fire alarms over the weekend and we sent out an update to the entire community with details as to why it went off. When it comes to noise, we definitely take nose concerns seriously.
