If youre thinking about it, just do it. The property, amenities and surrounding area speak for themselves. However, working with Kevin on my future homes every need was the icing on the cake. I spent a MONTH calling, emailing and popping up on Kevin to assist in choosing the perfect unit. He is always prompt in answering questions (even the repeat ones), sending videos and showing multiple units- even the same units over & over. Kevin helped with measurements, reviewing my application and even set realistic expectations. Of the buildings I toured none of them met this same level of customer service. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thanks a bunch, Kevin!

Moved recently to Asher, and have had a great overall experience, so happy to live here! Grace, Alisa and Kevin have supported a lot me during all my moving process. It's an awesome building and I'm very happy to be new resident. Elida is the best, too!!
