Loved their professionalism and attention to detail. Really listened to my thoughts and questions regarding orthopedic canine surgery for my 4 year old golden retriever.

Professional experts. Helped my cat Raja with a suspected kidney issue and found his kidneys okay but discovered an underlying heart issue. He had a strange onset of various symptoms. weird case. Worked with me to develop a plan to monitor and manage his health without overselling or ignoring any symptoms. Great place, I definitely trust them.

Worst experience ever. I dont usually take time out of my day to say anything negative but Im saving the next person to have to go through something horrific. I called Blue Pearl about a week ago to ask them If they do emergency c sections for my dog just incase she gives birth sooner and they said yes. I also called on Thursday to make sure and they said yes so I brought my beautiful dog there. My dog Giza randomly started pushing out a puppy at 9am and the second one was breeched she was yelping for the pain and bleeding so my fiance and I put Giza in the car and drove to Blue pearl as we were driving the second puppy and then third puppy came out dead. They came and grabbed my dog and brought her inside just to put in her in a room to see the next puppy die. The main doctor over there an Asian women would not help my dog. My dog was bleeding and crying and all she kept saying is it is NOT an emergency so I asked what is considered an emergency and she said again it is not an emergency. It was very obvious that she was to small to push out the puppies and they let her push out another one dead. So I rushed out and went to colonial animal hospital in fort myers they put my dog to sleep and saved her and the last 2 puppies. Im thankful for colonial because they actually care about the animals and their patients. All blue pearl did was charge me $634 for an x ray and the visit and did absolutely nothing to help us. So for the next person who decides to bring their animals there for an emergency go somewhere else save the time and headache and heartbreak because a few more of my pups could have survived. Very heart breaking because they were going to be late Easter presents to my grandma mom and dad but its ok Im thankful for the ones that survived and mainly that my baby Giza lived. Thanks Angela Stanley
