Our 6 year old son started last year in the Summer Camp and we decided to continue with the aftercare program, shortly after our son started developing interest in TaeKwon-Do and he is now a Tiger Cub Green Belt. He is very excited and we can definitely see his improvement. Melissa has been awesome in every possible way and our son loooves coach Emi and enjoys very much Coach Brian and Coach Ravi teachings.

Ive been a student at Traditional Taekwondo Westchase for some time. Its filled with positivity, motivation, and inspiration. The instructors are very in depth with their lessons and always push you to your potential. Definitely recommend this school!

At first impression looked very good and promising, but unfortunately summer camp turned out to be not what we expected! In two weeks we spend there was very little training of teakwood and a lot of playing at the park from 11am till 14pm, it was 90F outside, and not enough shade! They don't have alternative for the kids even when they take them out outside the facility , playing at the parking lot next to the main building!! My kids did not want to be outside..because of the heat. They called me and Pat said that they going to be outside for 15 minutes, and they have to go, because no one can look after them inside! As a result they had been outside for 1.5 hours!!! So they simple lied to me! Also one of the staff members, young lady-was very rude to kids. Well, we did have some positive experience, but unfortunately, if you want to reach the owner Millisa , you will have to try hard to reach her, for me it took 4 days!! She won't call you back, even if you ask several times, the other staff members can't decide anything themselves. Also when you enroll they gona tell you about uniform fee, 75$, but in two,weeks time we still did not have it! And when I ask for refund , that fee became the administration fee!!!! and you can't take the uniform back cause it's a wholeseller!!!!! So now we feel like we've been scamed! Think twice before you take you childers there! In the beginning they all nice and welcoming, once you are having questions ..and not happy with something..they going to avoid you..instead of dealing with problem. I informed them on Friday morning that we are not going to attend summer camp anymore and they still charged me for the following week! I asked for the proof of refund ..no they don't provide it! Just wait for up to 5 days and see... I do not recommend this place for summer camp...it's not at all what they promised in the beginning. No one there is going to listen to you...they just don't care...and do not like to hear and try to resolve situations instead they gona give e you the letter that the company who sends the uniform is moving. Hello it's not my problem! Well negative experience is an experience as well.
