Worst bank ever . They tried to make you go into debt with over draft fees knowing your account balance is never accurate or up to date.

Only reason Im leaving 2 stars instead of 0 is because the lady that is always working is always so kind and helpful. However, this location is always so busy and the staff Is clearly overworked. Fifth third needs to hire more employees. The male employee greeted me with an attitude when I asked for him to check the fee to deposit a check and get the funds same day. He basically told me theres no way to do that its not thing, even though Ive done it there multiple times I went inside and the female helped me and was able to tell me what the fee was immediately upon entering the check in the computer. I paid the fee and have my money in my account. Not sure why this man was unable to help me with this but the female was. Assuming she just has more patience to deal with the busy workload.
