Marx Mortgage Group - Tampa

We used Marx Mortgage Group/ Gershman Mortgages for our first home purchase recently. Our situation was complex and challenging- however, I would have never known by how well our mortgage broker (Jamie Potter) handled the entire process from top to bottom. Jamie was superb in every way and kept in constant communication with us throughout- at all hours of the day/ night. She answered each and every question/ concern in the most professional and caring way possible. She was there every step of the way and I cannot thank her enough for all the help she has given us during the entire process. It is not often you come across a company and an individual (especially) that you know truly cares about you and works their butt off to achieve your goals. I will be forever grateful for her professionalism, extraordinary knowledge of her industry and positive attitude she has demonstrated when helping us with our first mortgage. She is a wonderful individual and a huge asset to the company.
