Stuck in mud @ construction site. 1st tow comp. Came out, pulled me out I got stuck again & he bailed!! Dylan was awesome/amazing! Got me out and made sure I made it out b4 he left!! Gd 2 see theres still some gd honest Americans out there!

staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. made getting our car back extremely difficult and damaged part of it and when confronted about it the lot manager for the night screamed in my face and threatened me, had to call the cops and they said it wasnt even a valid address. the address does not match their tow truck, and they parked cars to where you couldnt get them out. horrible horrible people.

This company is horrible! Between them and the apartment that these college students live at! They have contracts to come in and just tow cars away which I get if you dont live there park in visitors. However, they go in around 3-5am just to tow cars and make money! These college aged kids dont have jobs half of them. Like come on stop being shady! My sons car was towed because his apartment manager removed it from the list since his car broke he borrowed mine and added it to the lease the apartment manager removed his car! Long story short he had his car back for less than 6 hrs when they towed it at 3:00am! My son got his car after hours and didnt have a chance to add it back, was going in the morning to do it but nope this tow company has nothing better to do but charge over 300$ just to give these kids their cars back! Like stop being shady and find something else to do in those hours.
