        I have been there several times and it's always a positive experience. The first time I had a cough that kept me awake at night for two months I went to several specialists and was told my lungs were clear. Ashly, a PA at GuideWell, looked at it from a different perspective. She gave me antibiotics for a sinus infection and my cough was cured! All of the clinicians there are highly professional and take their time with you. It is not your average urgent care experience. I recommend GuideWell to all my friends and relatives. I was a RN at Albany Medical Center so I feel competent in giving an excellent review.

        spoke on the phone to talk about a bad allergic reaction i had to a medication and could not get a single word in. kept on getting spoken over. the woman who was speaking kept on talking down to me when i had valid concerns. i wasnt questioning her knowledge or authority at all. i just was concerned about my health. the whole experience was so frustrating. i dont think i am a doctor at all or know everything i just had some questions and concerns.

        This place is amazing! No appointment. Got me in as soon as the paperwork was done. Everybody was friendly, caring and funny.. The Doctor was GREAT! Definitely my go to place
