        Some of the kindest staff I have ever met in a veterinary hospital - they genuinely care about both the well being of the pet & the owner. It is a safe place to bring your pet, without any judgement. The hospital is pretty large and they have separate rooms for dogs and cats. They also have large kennels for large dogs and a very nice outdoor area for the pups. The grass is beautiful and well kept. Dr. Santos is incredibly caring, and she wont turn an animal away if theyre in need. This is our new home hospital in Tampa. Thank you Banfield Harris!

        We called due to an accident of our dog in the trampoline. We described everything and made an appointment. We get there and waited for a nurse, then waited more for the Dr who didn't even get close to my dog. Then we waited for his "estimate" and the nurse came back saying they couldn't take care of my dog there after waiting a total of an hour (with an appointment). Thankfully we went to Blue Pearl and they actually gave a great experience and took care of my dog. I will most likely not be going back to you guys...ever.
