        Susan was not only pleasant in her demeanor from beginning to the end of my call, she followed through with my request with professionalism that pleased my clients (who recently experienced the loss of one of their dogs). I called with some guidelines and budget and let her use her judgment on the final arrangement, which resulted in simple beauty - just what I was looking for. Being that I'm in New York City and so far away, I wasn't sure who to do business with but I gave Flower World a shot based on a Yelp search and I'm pleased with the experience. The flowers were delivered to the clients locally, next-day. Great timing. Hope to have opportunities to work with them in the future. Will be sure to stop in on my next visit to Vero Beach to also give my thanks in person!
