        The technician used one of my dishes to pick up debris from the floor it was convenient because it was nearby.. he saw I was as upset, so he immediately apologized.. this was UNACCEPTABLE..

        The WORST customer service experience I ever had. I spoke with Sarah, a Supervisor who was very unprofessional. I placed a very specific order which was incorrect. She the email was sent to me, but I never receive. I checked my spam. She was accusatory. I'm absolutely flabbergasted over this experience.

        Dont let this company touch your air conditioning. I had them out to clean my ducts before I knew it without them even asking my permission to cut a hole in the side of ac insulation it was done. They patched it guaranteed it would hold however twice the hole has opened up and 3 times theyve been back to repair it. Now the materials they used to patch the hole is continuously giving me a mold problem - in the 6 years Ive owned the house Ive never had this problem. Completely regret having the ducts cleaned now as theyve continuously caused nothing but problems with AC opening up and now mold. This is not the type of workmanship anyone wants done in your house.
